A specialist leak detection and waterproofing company operating in Dubai is looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead field investigations, manage the technical team, and ensure delivery standards are consistently met across every project.
This is a senior field role.
You will oversee leak detection investigations from initial survey through to final report, manage and guide junior technicians on site, liaise directly with clients and building management, and ensure all work is carried out safely, accurately, and to a professional standard.
Technical Supervision
- Lead on-site leak detection investigations using thermal imaging, moisture mapping, pressure testing, and other diagnostic methods
- Assess building structures, roofs, facades, wet areas, plumbing systems, and below-grade elements to identify the source and cause of leakage
- Direct waterproofing and sealing works on site, ensuring correct material application and surface preparation throughout
- Review and validate investigation findings before reports are issued to clients
- Ensure all diagnostic equipment is correctly used, calibrated, and maintained
Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the field technician team on active projects
- Allocate tasks on site and ensure the team works efficiently and safely
- Train junior technicians on investigation methods, reporting standards, and equipment use
- Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings before site work commences
Client and Reporting
- Communicate professionally with building owners, facility managers, developers, and consultants on site and in writing
- Review completed investigation reports for accuracy, completeness, and professional presentation before submission
- Explain findings and recommendations clearly to clients in non-technical language where required
- Support the commercial team with site assessments and scope preparation for quotations
