The Mission Systems Division supports Department of Defense (DoD) rapid prototyping and limited-rate production of upgrades to military aircraft and ground systems, with a focus on the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) community. From design and prototyping through production and lifecycle support, Dayton T. Brown and its industry partners provide comprehensive sustainment solutions for these critical systems.

4-year college degree in a related field, preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of professional estimating or scheduling experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Project and Excel.
Strong organizational, clerical, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Experience working in a manufacturing or shop environment.
Experience using ERP and/or MRP software.
Ability to interface professionally with customers, managers, engineers, and technicians.
Self-motivated with the ability to plan, organize, and manage own workload with minimal supervision.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Ability to work full-time (40+ hours per week).
Aviation maintenance administrative experience.
Work area supervisor or management experience.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 5-25% annually). Typical trips range from two days to two weeks.
