Mission Systems Division Hollywood MD has a career opportunity available for an on-site, full -time, Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Work alongside a team of engineers and drafters creating customized mobile mission systems for a variety of clients in the defense and aerospace industry.

Carry ownership of system architecture and circuit designs of varying complexity for integration into future mission systems.

Using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, create electrical diagrams, models, and rack elevations that represent current system architectures.

Manage power distribution requirements within mission systems and surrounding equipment.

Identify, verify, and track requirements generated internally or by customers, ensuring compliance with final engineering deliverables.

Participate in activities across a broad engineering domain, collaborating with other engineers and industry professionals on mechanical packaging, electrical routing, and hardware validation.

Adapt to contract specific Military Standards in support of program objectives on a project-by-project basis.

Maintain engineering documentation packages in alignment with internal AS9100 Quality Management Systems.

Work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment, solving problems and producing deliverables driven by customer needs.

Interpret and digest customer requirements in support of future contracts, communicating intended fit, form, and function with relevant stakeholders alongside business development and program management colleagues.
