- Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement standardized processes to enhance quality, speed, and cost effectiveness
- Collaborate with store teams and leadership to design and execute improvement projects
- Monitor key performance indicators and ensure adherence to best practices
- Conduct process audits, train staff on new procedures, track operational metrics
- Coordinate cross functional initiatives to improve throughput and customer experience
- Prepare reports, recommend corrective actions, and support change management to sustain improvements
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Operational Excellence and Business Process Improvement
- Proven Operations Management experience, ideally within service, retail, or facility based environments
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop data driven action plans
- Project Management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver improvement initiatives
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to train and influence diverse on site teams
- Ability to work part time on site in Abu Dhabi, managing multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks is an advantage

Role Description
- The Operational Excellence Manager is a part time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for driving continuous improvement across laundry operations.
- This role involves analyzing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing standardized processes to enhance quality, speed, and cost effectiveness.
- The manager will collaborate with store teams and leadership to design and execute improvement projects, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Daily Responsibilities
- Conducting process audits
- Training staff on new procedures
- Tracking operational metrics
- Coordinating cross functional initiatives to improve throughput and customer experience

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Operational Excellence and Business Process Improvement, with a track record of implementing practical, measurable changes.
- Proven Operations Management experience, ideally within service, retail, or facility based environments.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop data driven action plans.
- Project Management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver improvement initiatives on time and within scope.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to train and influence diverse on site teams.
- Ability to work part time on site in Abu Dhabi, managing multiple priorities in a fast paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks is an advantage.
