Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and build financial models
- Solid finance and accounting knowledge including financial statements and valuation methods
- Hands on experience or strong familiarity with due diligence processes
- Demonstrated exposure to M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or transaction advisory highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CFA, CA, CPA) are a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in retail, services, franchising, or multi outlet businesses is an advantage

Role Description
- Part time, hybrid Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Manager role based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home.
- Will identify and evaluate potential acquisition and partnership opportunities in alignment with mr.blue india’s growth strategy.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Conducting financial and commercial analysis.
- Coordinating due diligence activities.
- Preparing valuation models, forecasts, and investment cases.
- Preparing presentations and reports for leadership.
- Supporting negotiations.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders such as finance, legal, and advisors.
- Monitoring market trends, tracking competitor activity, and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, evaluate business performance, and build scenario based financial models.
- Solid finance and accounting knowledge, including understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and key performance metrics.
- Hands on experience or strong familiarity with due diligence processes.
- Demonstrated exposure to M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or transaction advisory is highly preferred.
