- Solid leadership, team coordination, and communication skills
- Relevant diploma or degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Production, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- The Manufacturing Manager will oversee daily laundry production operations in an on site facility located in Dubai.
- This part time role involves planning and managing production schedules, coordinating workflow across washing, drying, ironing, and packaging areas, and ensuring that service timelines are met.
- The Manufacturing Manager will monitor and improve quality control processes, optimize resource usage, and maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and equipment maintenance standards.
- The role will collaborate with operations and floor staff to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and track key performance indicators related to productivity and quality.
- The Manufacturing Manager will also support training, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to manage daily volumes, prioritize orders, and allocate resources effectively.
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to oversee end to end workflow, staffing, and equipment utilization.
- Proficiency in Quality Control practices to maintain service standards, reduce rework, and ensure consistent garment care results.
- Background in industrial laundry, textiles, FMCG, or similar manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data, use basic productivity and reporting tools, and drive process improvements.
- Solid leadership, team coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to work on site in Dubai during part time shifts.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Production, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
