About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end daily delivery operations across multiple projects
- Manage a fleet of 400+ vehicles and ensure maximum fleet utilization
- Drive operational performance, productivity, and service quality
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, rider productivity, and client compliance
- Develop manpower strategies and optimize workforce allocation
- Resolve operational escalations and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with HR, Fleet, Finance, and Client Management teams
- Prepare management reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and client SOPs
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational excellence initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or last mile delivery operations
- Proven experience managing a fleet of 400+ vehicles
- Experience leading and supervising 20+ points of contact and large field operations teams
- Strong leadership, decision making, and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of manpower planning, fleet utilization, and operational KPIs
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, and operational analytics
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Overview

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or last mile delivery operations.
- Proven experience managing a fleet of 400+ vehicles.
- Experience leading and supervising 20+ POCs and large field operations teams.
- Strong leadership, decision making, and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of manpower planning, fleet utilization, and operational KPIs.
- Experience with Amazon, Noon, Keeta, Careem, or similar delivery platforms is highly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, and operational analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
