Responsibilities
- Manage daily fleet and rider operations
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and manpower deployment
- Coordinate rider onboarding, offboarding, and movement updates
- Support recruitment efforts and ensure adequate rider staffing levels
- Coordinate with Supervisors, POCs, HR, and Operations teams
- Track fleet utilization, vehicle allocation, and compliance requirements
- Ensure operational KPIs and client expectations are consistently achieved
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Resolve operational escalations and rider related issues
Requirements

- Xoom Delivery Services LLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our growing operations team in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet or delivery operations.
- Experience handling delivery platforms such as Noon Food, Keeta, Min, Talabat, Deliveroo, or similar last mile delivery projects.
- Strong understanding of rider management, attendance tracking, leave management, and manpower coordination.
- Ability to contribute actively to the hiring and onboarding of riders.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
