- Xoom Delivery Services is looking for a dedicated and experienced Amazon POC to join our growing operations team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Amazon Last Mile Operations is mandatory.
- Experience handling Delivery Associates (DAs), attendance, and daily operations.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon operational standards and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
