About the Role
A client of NADIA Global is seeking an Operations Manager in Saudi Arabia to oversee factory, fabrication, and project operations for metal fabrication and facade systems. The role involves production management, project execution, quality compliance, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily factory and site operations for metal fabrication and facade projects
- Ensure production targets and project timelines are achieved efficiently
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and operational KPIs
- Coordinate between engineering, procurement, logistics, QA/QC, and project teams
- Optimize resource allocation including manpower, machinery, and materials
- Oversee execution of facade, aluminum, steel, and glazing projects
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and client requirements
- Track project progress and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Coordinate installation activities with site teams and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and schedule
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures
- Ensure adherence to Saudi safety regulations and HSE standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 7 10 years of experience in metal fabrication, facade systems, aluminum, or construction manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, project management, and factory operations
- Experience in GCC/Saudi Arabia construction industry preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems, AutoCAD, and production planning software
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HSE regulations is an advantage

Job Summary

Requirements
