About the Role
A confidential organization via NADIA Global is seeking an Operation Coordinator Executive in Dubai to coordinate campaign execution. The role involves liaising with internal departments, managing operational processes, coordinating with external stakeholders, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Organize and facilitate internal and external operational processes
- Coordinate purchase and delivery of prizes with external stakeholders
- Report and update internal teams on campaign progress
- Update trackers and KPIs on a weekly basis
- Prepare campaign feasibility checks (agenda, prizes, pricing, content)
- Prepare clearing files and campaign documentation
- Manage email processes including templates, sending, follow ups, and data collection
- Submit and obtain ministry permits for digital activities
- Coordinate with retailers regarding campaign details and permissions
- Liaise with internal teams for POSM dispatch and reporting
- Coordinate with campaign managers, merchandisers, promoters, courier partners, and scanning operators
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; background in business administration is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in administrative, coordination, or operations support roles (2 3 years)
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and solution driven
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Office tools
- Experience with ERP or management software is an advantage
- Arabic language skills are a plus

Job Summary
