Responsibilities
- Coordinating and assigning projects to inspectors
- Follow up on completing reports and uploading it to the Tawuniya portal
- Support the other teams in all sub departments like Inspectors, QC/QA, design team, and accountant team
- Handle the visit appointments and upload the visit reports to the Tawuniya portal
- Handle complaints from clients and Tawuniya
- Communicate with clients such as answering the calls & messages and guiding the clients to the responsible team
- Issuing Quotations for the Non destructive test or Destructive test or Design re study
- Uploading the new projects to BLS,IMS
- Document control & archive all types of reports, technical documents, letters & warranties
- Upload weekly reports to the operations supervisor
- Organizing the meetings for all sub departments in BLS
- Recording the minutes of meetings and circulating the work instructions to all sub departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- 1 3 Years of experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams

YOUR TASK

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- 1 3 Years of experience.
- Microsoft office experince
- Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
