Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for the OpenShift platform.
Manage platform demand across XaaS teams while balancing feature requests, capacity management, security, reliability, and technical debt.
Identify and drive adoption of new platform capabilities.
Align priorities and outcomes with platform engineering, architecture, security, and XaaS product teams.
Define and track platform KPIs and set platform SLAs, including SLOs and SLIs.

Experience working in highly technical, engineering-led environments.
Proven experience as a product manager for an internal platform or infrastructure product.
Strong understanding of OpenShift ecosystems and modern platform engineering practices.
Experience managing competing stakeholder demand in a shared platform environment.
Track record of translating complex technical problems into clear product priorities and outcomes.
Experience with on-premises cloud environments.
