iXceed Solutions is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for enterprise data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams by translating complex data requirements into actionable solutions.

The position is in Stevenage, UK, and is permanent with three mandatory onsite days per week.

Business analysis, requirements gathering, data analysis, and SQL are required capabilities.
Data mapping, business rules, data quality, governance, metadata, data lineage, and process mapping are central to the role.
The role requires KPI, metrics, dashboard requirements, BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, UAT, and business validation experience.
Agile delivery experience with Jira or Azure DevOps is required.
Power BI or BI reporting experience is listed as an advantage.

Analyse inventory, operational, and asset-management data sources.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process assessments.
Develop data mappings, dictionaries, business rules, and process flows.
Document current-state and future-state processes, data flows, and lineage.
Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Perform data profiling, quality assessments, gap analysis, and root cause analysis.
Define KPIs, compliance metrics, and reporting requirements.
Support governance frameworks, cross-functional collaboration, UAT, validation, and sign-off.

Enterprise data transformation, governance, asset management, inventory management, and operational excellence experience are preferred.
Power BI or similar BI platform experience is preferred.
Data integration, business intelligence, enterprise data products, and lifecycle management experience are preferred.
