- Manage the end to end onboarding process for new hires, from offer acceptance through successful integration.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and ensure all pre boarding activities are completed on time.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities, Security, and Hiring Managers.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding documentation, welcome materials, and employment related communications.
- Schedule and facilitate new hire orientation sessions and onboarding programs.
- Monitor onboarding progress and follow up with new employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant employment regulations.
- Respond to new hire queries promptly and provide ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Track onboarding metrics and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in onboarding, HR Operations, Human Resources, or employee experience.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices and HR administrative processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English is required.

About the Role
