Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR.
- Experience coordinating and delivering corporate learning initiatives.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret learning data and measure program effectiveness.
- Fluency in English is required.

Role Overview
- The Technology Innovation Institute (TII) is seeking a proactive and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives that enhance employee capability and drive organizational performance.
- As part of the HR team, you will work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify learning needs, coordinate training programs, and contribute to the continuous development of employees across the organization.

Qualifications

- Experience working within a multinational, research, technology, or innovation driven organization.
- Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Instructional Design (e.g., CIPD, ATD, SHRM, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting leadership development, technical training, or organizational capability initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
Contract Details
- 12 month full time consultant contract with the possibility of extension.
- This position is based in Abu Dhabi, and applicants must currently be based in Abu Dhabi to be considered.
