Role Purpose
The Onboarding Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and engaging joining experience.
The role works closely with HR, recruitment, PRO, IT, and department heads to ensure timely documentation, induction, and employee readiness.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires (local and international).
- Coordinate with recruitment, HR, PRO, and hiring managers to ensure timely joining.
- Prepare and verify onboarding documentation (offer letters, contracts, policies, NDA, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Coordinate visa, medical, Emirates ID, and other joining formalities with PRO team.
- Conduct or support employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new joiners during the onboarding phase.
- Track onboarding progress and resolve issues or delays proactively.
- Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives as required.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR onboarding, HR operations, or recruitment support.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and onboarding procedures is preferred.
- Experience working with HRMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple joiners and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
