Role Overview

  • This is a high impact enablement role focused on shaping how new revenue team members successfully ramp and thrive from day one.
  • You will design and continuously improve structured onboarding programs across multiple sales roles.
  • A key part of your mission will be to create scalable, data informed onboarding experiences that reduce ramp time and improve long term performance.

Accountabilities

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve structured onboarding programs for revenue roles (SDR, AE, Field Sales, Expansion).
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions and manage learning content within LMS platforms.
  • Build and maintain onboarding progress tracking systems and dashboards.
  • Develop standardized coaching frameworks and tools to support managers.
  • Own and expand the AI role play content library.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Revenue leadership.
  • Support promotional readiness programs.
  • Administer and optimize LMS systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering structured onboarding or training programs.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Hands on experience with LMS platforms or similar learning technologies.
  • Data driven mindset with the ability to analyze onboarding metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with modern AI tools.
