Responsibilities
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions
- Follow the day to day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
- Lead all relevant Logistics & Supply Chain instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Certify that the condition of the products received are being checked to ensure product well being and integrity
- Conduct strategy meetings with supply chain team members to review daily workloads and assignments
- Lead supply chain team members within the site to ensure all supply chain requirements are completed daily
- Pick, pack, stage and load order movements and prepare all pertinent documentation to accurately receive and put away incoming products and supplies
- Review and verify data entered on SAP and paper systems by lower level jobs to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Coach and train lower level jobs on simple tasks to ensure compliance with set guidelines and SOPs
- Contribute to identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices
- Assist in preparation of timely and accurate reports of Supply Chain to meet company and department requirements
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration or equivalent, preferably with a master's
- 0 3 years of relevant Supply Chain experience

- We are looking for a talented Shipping Officer to join Hikma.
Key Responsibilities
- Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Follows the day to day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
- Leads all relevant Logistics & Supply Chain instructions, in order to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

- Leads the supply chain team members within the site to ensure all supply chain requirements are completed on a daily basis.
- Picks, packs, stages and loads order movements and prepares all pertinent documentation to accurately receive and put away all incoming products and supplies.

- Coaches and trains lower level jobs on simple tasks to ensure compliance with set guidelines and SOPs.
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Supply Chain to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- BSc. in Business Administration or equivalent with preferably a masters.
- 0 3 years of relevant Supply Chain experience.
