Key Responsibilities
- Perform periodic self-audit checks to verify retail credit compliance with applicable regulations and product programs.
- Evaluate systems, processes, and infrastructure for operational risk controls and reporting.
- Identify and report policy or process breaches during self-assessment activities.
- Manage and document the Operational Risk Self-Assessment Program through KRIs and RCSAs.
- Recommend policy, procedural, process, and system improvements when issues are identified.
- Assist the Credit Initiation team with closing operational risk incidents in eGRC.
- Ensure Consumer Protection Regulation requirements for retail credit are implemented and followed.
- Arrange meetings or awareness sessions on quality assurance and self-assessment findings.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of banking experience in a similar quality check or credit field.
Education
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
