Job Purpose
Develop, document, optimize, and revise policies for bank units and departments.
Improve operational efficiency and reduce or avoid financial losses by incorporating necessary controls and checks.
Policy Development
- Liaise with stakeholders to develop and document policies in accordance with organizational standards.
- Gather and analyze requirements and draft policies aligned with internal and external policies and the bank’s risk management framework.
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews, respond to comments, and incorporate agreed changes.
Policy Governance
- Represent the unit in initiatives to gather requirements for policy documents and approved process improvements.
- Review documents prepared by other team members for alignment with controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure policies are reviewed, approved by appropriate authorities, and published.
Projects and Compliance
- Support new product, proposal, and project development, including UAT and implementation feedback.
- Ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
- Execute assigned tasks and projects within departmental policies, procedures, and SLAs.
Education
- Graduate degree, preferably in business management, banking, or finance.
Work Experience
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in banking, finance, or consulting.
