3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

• Position-Specific Accountabilities
• - Support departmental teams in executing real estate projects and operational activities. - Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for project tracking and operational assessments. - Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on assigned actions under supervision. - Shadow senior staff and managers to gain an understanding of key functions and workflows.
• - Contribute to the preparation of presentations, documentation, and proposals. - Engage in structured learning and development programs as defined by the organization. - Assist in coordinating departmental initiatives, workshops, or inter-departmental activities.
• Generic Accountabilities
• Project Documentation Ability to prepare and organize basic project documentation and meeting notes .
• Task Coordination Supports planning and coordination of small tasks within projects .
• Stakeholder Communication Communicates professionally with internal and external stakeholders .
• Reporting and Data Handling Prepares basic reports using Excel, PowerPoint, or internal systems .
• Digital Tools Uses internal project and IT systems effectively under guidance.
• 4. COMMUNICATIONS and WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

• Reports to the Head of Department; works closely with project managers, IT staff, property managers, and other internal stakeholders

• Limited engagement under supervision – may liaise with vendors, service providers, or consultants as directed.
• 5. Context, Work environment AND DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY (DELEGATIONS):
• . Primarily an office-based role with possible field visits and cross-functional team exposure. Decisions made under guidance from supervisors or departmental heads. Designed as a learning and development position with growing responsibility based on performance.

• Qualifications, Skills, and Experience (Essential and Desirable):
• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Real Estate, or a related field. - Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience.
• Desirable: - Internship or project experience in real estate, construction, or IT sectors. - Exposure to MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP systems, or other domain-specific tools.
