(Main objectives)
The Grounds Assistant, under the supervision of the Supervisors performs routine manual labour involved in golf course and landscape maintenance.
(Job Related Duties)
- Operates hand machinery and equipment in the routine set up of the golf course for play.
- Adhere to JGE health & safety practices.
- Helps in project work and landscaping.
- Support may be asked to operate mowers and other light equipment.
- Attend departmental briefings and regular communication meetings.
- Working in extreme summer temperatures.
- Working with multicultural workforce with varying levels of spoken English.
- Perform any duties as assigned and/or required by immediate supervisor or management.
