About the Role
Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to ensure guest and property safety. Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring security sources, responding to emergencies, and conducting investigations.

Responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access
- Monitor security sources and conduct daily inspections of physical hazards
- Respond to accidents and assist guests/employees during emergencies
- Calm disruptive guests and escort individuals off property if necessary
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and facilitate interviews with relevant parties
- Complete required shift reports and maintain confidentiality of loss prevention documents
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior related work experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and assist with items over 75 lbs

- Completar los informes del turno requeridos y mantener la confidencialidad de todos los documentos de prevención de pérdidas
