Are you ready to lead ground support equipment operations that keep aircraft maintenance running safely and efficiently?

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage GSE maintenance operations and ensure all equipment supporting Line Maintenance is serviceable, compliant and available when needed.

This role is responsible for overseeing scheduled and corrective maintenance, defect rectification and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring all work is completed in line with company procedures, manufacturer guidelines and General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) regulations.

You will ensure optimal use of resources, facilities and tooling, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and operational readiness.

You will coordinate closely with maintenance teams and other departments to plan and execute GSE activities efficiently, monitor resource utilisation, produce performance reports and drive continuous improvement across the GSE function.

The role also includes managing staff allocation and training, overseeing calibration control, storage and handling standards, and ensuring accurate data integrity across maintenance records and systems.

In addition, you will contribute to process development, budgeting and long-term improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and support operational growth.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of experience within airline, MRO or Aerospace industries with a minimum of 5 years in GSE & Facilities sections.

You are expected to have demonstrated ability to control and manage maintenance GSE area activities.
