About the Job

Support and advise assigned business units on health and safety matters.

Establish, manage, and monitor HSE standards, processes, communications, awareness, and systems within ADNOC Logistics & Services.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor business unit HSE work plans and performance reporting.
  • Monitor HSEQ events, training, campaigns, awareness activities, and workshops.
  • Contribute to site HSE activities, including facilities inspections, site inspections, monitoring, and meetings.
  • Issue work stoppages for unsafe acts and conditions and initiate accident notifications.
  • Analyze and close out HSE observation cards and review HSE document submissions such as risk assessments.
  • Maintain action tracking for marine inspections, accidents, site inspections, and observation cards.
  • Contribute to HSE campaigns, award functions, and other promotional activities.
  • Assist with internal and external business unit HSE audits.
  • Report undesirable site conditions with recommendations for improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, and submit monthly HSE performance statistics for assigned business units and contractors.
  • Ensure HSE awareness sessions cover relevant topics, HSE flashes, and lessons learned.
  • Verify compliance with applicable ADNOC standards in assigned business units.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent.
  • Six years of relevant HSE experience, including at least five years in the offshore industry.

Professional Certifications

  • Chief Officer Certificate of Competency or marine Second Engineer certification.
  • National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health International General Certificate (NEBOSH IGC).
