Provide advice and contribute to the development and execution of company communication strategy and plans in line with Company’s objectives; Distribute company communications budget and coordinate best-in-class metrics & insights across company’s diverse national & international strategic stakeholders.

• Develop and contribute to the execution of ADNOC L&S’ communication strategy and plans in line with the company’s objectives, covering both content and channel strategies and implementation.
• Oversee and support the communication team in their ADNOC L&S internal stakeholder outreach (via the business partner model) for content mining, campaign & activity planning, deployment and analysis.
• Monitor and record the implementation of the communication strategy and achievement of objectives.
• Deliver the monthly and quarterly reporting in close collaboration with external parties (e.g. Unicepta)
• Coordinate with communications teams and business functions to ensure consistency of messaging, timing and positioning.
• Support alignment with ADNOC Group communications priorities, campaigns, guidelines and strategic narratives.
• Consolidate communications requirements from different functions and support prioritization based on business impact.
• Support in executing and tracking the communications plan.
• Assess the effectiveness of communication by conducting regular reviews and use this information to direct the shaping and development of the communication strategy and future communication interventions.
• Collaborate closely with office coordinator / administrative support in collating / preparing, monitoring and tracking the annual communications budget and its distribution in line with strategic priorities.
• Provide advice on communication issues and corporate reputation management as well as special projects related to communications.
• Update planning and work tracking systems such as Asana, etc.
• Maintain and update crisis communications documents and procedures.

• Bachelor Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in communications, strategies and planning, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience in identifying and defining communication needs and priorities, target groups and channel selection.
• Experience in creating and executing communications plans according to the approved strategy.
• Experience in creating communications strategies based on Company’s obectives.
• Experience with handling multiple projects at a time.
• Experience in setting up communication governance systems.
• Knowledgeable about UAE laws and regulations, as well as local customs and protocol.

• Professional certification in marketing / branding (preferable).
