Mashreq seeks a Government and Regulatory Officer to process and handle requests from Courts, Police, and other authorities in the UAE and Qatar. The role involves case processing, inbox management, and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities
- Process and handle UAE Court Orders as per approved procedures
- Process and handle Qatar Court Orders and LEA requests within defined SLAs
- Handle Police letters and enquiries across all UAE emirates
- Handle Public Prosecution and CID correspondence (UAE)
- Manage and respond to email enquiries received from government entities or stakeholders
- Process cases through Velocity MOFT system where applicable
- Ensure all correspondence complies fully with regulatory instructions and internal policies
- Monitor, coordinate, and follow up on assigned cases to ensure timely closure
- Support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and service quality within the unit
- Follow up on issues with internal stakeholders within Mashreq
- Maintain effective coordination with regulators and internal/external support teams (e.g. Technology)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line management
Requirements
- Ability to process and handle UAE Court Orders as per approved procedures

- Ability to handle Public Prosecution and CID correspondence (UAE)
