Role Purpose
The Officer – Facility Management is responsible for overseeing the inspection, maintenance, and smooth operation of facility assets including buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and services.
The role ensures timely maintenance, contractor supervision, compliance with safety standards, and efficient budget utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities, identify defects, and ensure timely maintenance.
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and contractor performance.
- Manage work orders, service requests, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor facility budgets, verify invoices, and support cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and maintenance records.
- Support preventive maintenance programs and lifecycle planning of assets.
- Handle SAP-related tasks such as PRs, GRNs, and service entries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in facility management or maintenance operations.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and facility maintenance practices.
- Experience in contractor coordination and service management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems.
