Role Overview

  • Manage HR operations, administrative support, and accounting coordination
  • Ensure smooth office operations and compliance with labor regulations
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • HR data management (contracts, leave, payroll, evaluations)
  • Labor compliance, employee relations, and workplace improvement
  • Cash requirement requests to regional office (Dubai)
  • Preparation and submission of payment vouchers and travel expenses
  • Coordination with banks for payments and transfers
  • Preparation and submission of monthly payment summaries
  • Communication with external providers (law firms, tax consultants, banks)
  • Branch accounting management and tax calculations
  • Management of employee benefits in compliance with labor laws
  • Air ticket issuance, hotel reservations, and agenda management
  • Preparation for internal and/or external audits
  • Support for company branding activities
