Role Overview
The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate internal activities, support employees, manage office processes, and help ensure smooth business operations.
The role is fully remote in the United Arab Emirates and is part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative and office operations.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and internal events.
- Manage office documentation, records, correspondence, and databases.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, facilities, and service providers.
- Support onboarding, employee administration, and internal communications.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and external partners.
- Monitor administrative budgets, expenses, invoices, and purchase requests.
- Develop and maintain efficient office procedures and workflows.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and operational updates.
- Support management with administrative and operational projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks and follow up on deadlines.
- Identify operational issues and recommend practical improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
