Role Overview

The employer is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager.

The role oversees administrative operations, coordinates internal activities, manages resources and suppliers, and supports employees and management.

Work Arrangement

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative and corporate operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments, and internal activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, databases, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities, and service providers.
  • Coordinate vendors, suppliers, contractors, and external partners.
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and general administration.
  • Assist with invoices, expenses, purchase requests, and administrative budgets.
  • Develop and maintain efficient office procedures and workflows.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and operational updates.
  • Coordinate tasks across departments and follow up on deadlines.
  • Support management with administrative and operational projects.
  • Handle confidential information, identify issues, and recommend practical improvements.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in office management, administration, operations, or a related function is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills are required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities are required.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools is required.
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Candidates must be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Candidates should be professional, dependable, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Candidates must be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
