Role overview
The Business Operations Assistant / Specialist supports daily business activities, internal coordination, reporting, process management, and operational improvement initiatives.
The position is based in the United Arab Emirates and is fully remote with a part-time arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks, schedules, meetings, workflows, records, databases, documents, trackers, deadlines, and KPIs.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, operational updates, and basic data analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments and support vendors, suppliers, external partners, customers, and stakeholders.
- Support projects, meetings, events, company initiatives, and management's ad-hoc operational work.
- Identify operational issues, assist with solutions, and improve internal processes and procedures.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in business operations, administration, coordination, or a related function is preferred.
- Strong organization, time management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, detail, and accuracy skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
