- Oversee daily office operations supplies, facilities, vendor management, and general upkeep of a professional working environment
- Manage office budget, expense tracking, and invoicing; liaise with vendors and landlords
- Coordinate PRO services, visa processing, trade license renewals, and other government related administration
- Manage the calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
- Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and internal communications
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar
- Ideally within investment companies, financial services, or a related corporate/consultancy environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration or related field)
- Excellent written and spoken English

Job Overview
