Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day office operations and administrative activities...
  • Coordinate with government authorities, vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office administration or office management.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Strong problem solving and leadership skills.
  • UAE Driving License
