McFill Media & Publishing Group — the UAE's fastest-growing custom media house is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our expanding team.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Manager** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in client acquisition, corporate partnerships, media sales, and business development within the media, publishing, advertising, or marketing industry.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in media, advertising, or publishing
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the UAE market
- Strong network of contacts across industries — FMCG, real estate, finance, luxury, or F&B is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Drive advertising, sponsorship, and media sales
- Identify growth opportunities across digital and print platforms
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial strategies
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
