Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational activities.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between departments, maintain records, coordinate schedules, and assist in managing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administration, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Salary

  • Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
