Your Role

  • The Receptionist is responsible to perform administrative and tangible tasks to support the general staff of Citco. Main areas cover mail services, shipping and receiving, document control, printing services, admin support and general office and facility services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer staff office attendance
  • Assist and plan client visits
  • Support office executives in business requests
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail and courier shipments
  • Control inventory purchase program
  • Coordination with office suppliers and service providers
  • Support in certain HR functions
  • Coordinate with building contractors

About You

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills
  • Strong attention to detail and be able to complete tasks timely and accurately
  • Ability to multi task and take on multiple projects
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Financial services office environment an asset
  • University degree an asset
