Office Manager

Salary - £35,000

Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%

Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of office and facilities services within the Swindon office

Leading and supporting Reception and Facilities team members, including workload planning and service delivery

Acting as the primary contact for office-based facilities queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently

Coordinating contractors and third-party supplies, monitoring service levels and addressing any issues

Supporting health and safety activities, including risk assessments, first aid and fire safety arrangements

Overseeing site access, security arrangements and office opening requirements

Previous experience in an Office Manager or Facilities Manager role is required

Experience managing the day-to-day operations of a professional office environment

IOSH qualification or similar health and safety training is desirable

Ability to be reactive to situations and approach issues level-headed to provide solutions
