Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the office environment is clean and tidy.
  • Clean common areas such as the kitchen, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
  • Take care of office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and snacks for staff and visitors.
  • Assist with catering for meetings and events, if necessary.
  • Help with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
  • Support staff with managing office supplies (ordering, storing, etc.).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with basic errands such as going to the post office, delivering documents, or running office related tasks.
  • Help with purchasing office supplies and groceries.
  • Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Handle visitor registrations and ensure they are comfortable during their stay.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office tools like photocopiers and fax machines.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to help out wherever needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
