Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and reliable female Office Girl to handle daily office duties, assist with office related tasks, and ensure that the office remains tidy and welcoming for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, candidates, and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Escort visitors to the appropriate areas, including conference rooms or waiting areas
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchen, and pantry, ensuring all supplies are well stocked
- Handle the reception area and direct visitors or candidates to the relevant department or staff member
- Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are well stocked and readily available
- Assist with other office related tasks as assigned by management or staff
