Responsibilities
- Prepare tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff members and corporate guests
- Serve beverages during executive meetings, board gatherings, and company events
- Maintain clean kitchen appliances, including coffee machines, kettles, and water dispensers
- Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum workspaces, meeting rooms, and reception areas
- Sanitize high touch surfaces such as desks, doorknobs, and shared office equipment
- Empty office waste bins regularly and manage proper garbage disposal
- Operate basic office machinery to photocopy, scan, and print requested files
- Distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and physical files to target departments
- Organize physical document files, logbooks, and internal paperwork archives
- Monitor inventory levels for both office stationery and kitchen pantry supplies
- Run external tasks including minor supply purchasing or local bank document drop offs
- Help arrange seating layouts, decorations, or catering setups for office functions
