- Manage multi line phone systems to answer, screen, and redirect calls
- Ensure reception, kitchen, and meeting rooms are tidy and well stocked
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, emails, and packages; manage outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate appointments, manage office calendars, and book conference rooms or travel
- Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and draft routine documents
- Monitor office and pantry supplies and place restock orders
Requirements
- Ability to greet and direct visitors professionally
- Experience with multi line phone systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in data entry and filing
- Ability to manage office calendars and coordinate appointments

- Monitor levels of office and pantry supplies, placing restock orders as needed to prevent shortages
Compensation
- Pay: From AED 3,000.00 per month
