- Sort incoming mail, prepare outgoing packages, scan paper records, and maintain digital filing systems
- Input client information, update internal databases, and compile basic spreadsheets or weekly reports
- Schedule conference rooms, prepare meeting agendas, order catering, and sometimes take official meeting notes
- Monitor office supply levels, track usage, and place reorders for kitchen or printing supplies
- Help sort receipts, prepare basic invoices, and assist the accounting team with minor expense tracking
- Maintain the neatness of common areas, test office equipment, and coordinate with technicians for repairs

- Driving License minimum 2 years old (Preferred)
