Responsibilities
- Regularly clean and sanitize the clinic's floors, bathrooms, and other common areas
- Dust and wipe surfaces, including desks, chairs, windows, and other furniture
- Clean and maintain office kitchen area, ensuring dishes are cleaned and the space is tidy
- Ensure the clinic is always hygienic and pleasant for patients, staff, and visitors
- Prepare tea, coffee, and other beverages for staff, guests, and patients
- Ensure that the kitchen area is stocked with necessary supplies like coffee, tea bags, sugar, etc.
- Be available to assist staff with any other small tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the office
- Assist in organizing office supplies and reporting when restocking is needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning or office assistant role is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the office
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
