- **Office cleanliness and maintenance:** Keeping the office, meeting rooms, washrooms and pantry clean and tidy. This includes dusting, cleaning, and ensuring a hygienic environment.
- **Supply management:** Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery and pantry items like tea, coffee, and sugar.
- **Errands and deliveries:** Handling both indoor and outdoor errands, such as delivering documents, mail, and couriers.
- **Hospitality:** Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to clients and visitors.
- **Task management:** Prioritizing tasks and completing them efficiently, often with a focus on deadlines.
- **Professionalism:** Maintaining a neat appearance and professional demeanor while interacting with staff and visitors.
Qualifications And Skills
- **Experience:** Some positions may require 1-2 years of experience as an office boy.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills for interacting with others.
- Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require standing and walking for extended periods.
