Role Overview

Workplace and Employment

• The position is full-time and based in Dubai Maritime City, Dubai, UAE.
• Work is performed in person across indoor office areas and outdoor shipyard and workshop environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean offices, meeting rooms, pantry, toilets, common areas, shipyard, workshop, and surrounding work areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, dispose of waste, and organize cleaning materials and supplies.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and drinking water for management, staff, and visitors.
• Assist with document arrangement, moving items, office support, shipyard cleaning, organizing, and maintenance-related tasks.
• Move and organize materials and equipment and report maintenance, cleaning, safety, and facility issues.
• Follow company health, safety, and cleanliness procedures and complete other reasonable assigned duties.

Requirements

• Previous Office Boy, Cleaner, Helper, or similar experience is preferred.
• Workshop, shipyard, marine, construction, or similar environment experience is an advantage.
• Physical fitness, reliability, punctuality, honesty, and willingness to perform varied duties are required.
• Candidates must be willing to work indoors and outdoors and follow instructions independently when needed.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
