Job Summary

  • We are looking for a reliable, presentable, and dedicated Office Assistant to help maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming environment for our team and visitors.
  • The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, possess excellent hospitality skills, and assist the Operations Lead with day to day office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Cleanliness & Maintenance: Thoroughly clean the office daily, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and reception areas, ensuring a high standard of tidiness is maintained at all times.
  • Guest Hospitality: Warmly welcome clients, visitors, and guests upon arrival.
  • Pantry & Refreshments: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to guests and staff. Keep the pantry organized and monitor stock levels for kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  • General Support: Perform various day to day duties and run minor office errands as directed by the Operations Lead.
  • Meeting Room Preparation: Ensure meeting rooms are clean, well stocked with water/glasses, and ready for use before scheduled meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Communication: Must speak English well and communicate clearly and politely with staff and external guests.
  • Presentation & Hygiene: Must be exceptionally presentable and maintain a strict, high standard of personal cleanliness and grooming.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an office assistant, hospitality, or customer service role is highly preferred.
  • Attitude: Proactive, trustworthy, and able to work independently while taking direction well from management.
  • Physical Ability: Able to handle the physical demands of cleaning, standing, and moving around the office as required.
