- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document deliveries

Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Professional attitude with ability to handle confidential information
