- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network related issues
- Diagnose and resolve IT problems promptly to minimize operational downtime
- Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and system reliability
- Manage user accounts, email systems, passwords, and access permissions
- Perform regular software updates, data backups, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain IT asset inventories, licenses, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment maintenance and technical support when required
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, antivirus software, cloud services, and backup solutions
- Experience with network devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
